I will advocate to ensure that all students, regardless of economic status, are not left behind in the Franklin-McKinley School District. I will work to ensure that all resources are accessible so every student has the opportunity to succeed.

Supporting and advocating for Public Schools: The public schools system represents a promise to the American people, the promise that our country will always provide education to all children, despite ethnicity, immigration status, or economic status. I will be a strong advocate for public education and will support our schools and staff during budget cuts and tough decisions
Expanding Education Resources: As Trustee, I will advocate to expanding resources and services for all students, especially the most vulnerable ones and the students with special learning needs. Together, we will bring new programs to the Franklin-McKinley School District.
Partnering with teachers and staff to secure protection of wage and benefits: Public school teachers are public servants who dedicate their lives to shape the future leadership of our country. As a Trustee, I will support our teachers and make sure we retain our earnest and experienced staff.
Support the Expansion of our Vietnamese and Spanish Immersion Programs, which prepare our Youth for work in the 21st Century. Students in dual-language immersion programs display higher achievement in English coursework.
